Just in time for the start of the summer and offering his first release of the year, the international Afropop sensation Reekado Banks has joined forces with Adekunle Gold and Maleek Berry for his sultry new single ‘Feel Different’.

Mixing sunny Afropop with cool Amapiano beats alongside Reekado Banks’ addictive and instantly recognisable vocals, the new song of the summer and future smash hit single also features stand-out verses from fellow music superstars Adekunle Gold and Maleek Berry who bring their own unique magic to one of the most dynamic collaborations of the year.

Speaking on the new single Reekado Banks says its ‘just an honest admission to oneself about being in a relationship when you have your doubts but you’re still hoping for the best. Maybe a bit toxic but sweet’. He adds “It's amazing to have both Adekunle Gold and Maleek Berry on this song so it's such a big deal and it has to Feel Different for real. This is one of the singles leading to my album later this year. There’ll be loads of beautiful collaborations and some fire music. We’ll take it to the fans on the road for my UK, Europe and US tour so I’m looking forward to this new adventure.”

Since making his big break into the music scene in 2014 and the release of his debut album Spotlight in 2016 which debuted at number 10 on the Billboard World Album chart, the Lagos born and raised music artist has gone on to rack-up 100s of millions of streams and collaborate with the likes of Tiwa Savage and Don Jazzy as he established himself as one of the titans and innovators of the thriving Afropop scene. He released the critically acclaimed EPs Off the Record in 2020 and then OTR, Vol. 2 in 2021 which spawned the global hit ‘Ozumba Mbadiwe’ and was followed-up by the remix featuring Fireboy DML in 2022.
