Tribe Urban Ents “For The Culture”

In celebration of our 3 year anniversary as an entertainment media production house, Tribe Urban Entertainment will be officially launching its state of the art building on Thursday the 5th of August 2021 at Unit 3, Greenwich Business Park, 53 Norman Rd, London SE10 9QF. 

For the last 3 years we have focused on developing a strong network within the broadcasting industry through our widely recognised radio station - Tribe Urban Radio. The station has helped to develop many individual’s dream of pursuing presenting on-air through our training and continuous mentoring. 

Through its success forged forward to build its head quarters in January 2020 with its early completion in August 2020. However, due to the effects of COVID-19 and government restrictions, 

Founded by Michael Bullion and Co-Founder Cynthia Tabi, Tribe Urban Entertainment has a very strong and bold vision to become the UK’s number one platform for creatives. The founders collectively believe that for a long time black and ethnic minority individuals have always been given the short end of the stick especially when it comes to accessing the very best facilities at affordable prices - which are an important pieces of the puzzle relevant to producing great content. 

When you visit the headquarters also known as Tribe Urban Studios, you will notice that the decor, which was selected by the founder is nothing short of breath-taking as the colours and vibrance almost makes you feel as though you have entered a new world and dimension. From the lounge/Reception area, toilets, kitchen, music recording studio, visual studio and radio stations, the attention to detail and the quality of facilities are a very clear indication of just how serious the brand takes itself. 

The vision however doesn’t stop there as Tribe Urban Entertainmaint’s commitment to developing new talent was taken a step further this year as we were thrilled to announce a close working relationship with the Department of Workplace Pensions through Greenwich Council to welcome 20 trainee media staff to our rota and family at Tribe Urban Entertainment. Our new trainee staff will be fulfilling a variety of roles which includes radio presenting, radio production, administration, marketing, content creation, graphic design, video editing and web development. 

As a forward thinking platform, Tribe Urban Entertainment has already begun plans to fuse the ever growing black entertainment culture with the tech world thus creating something revolutionary. The clear offering our platform aims to give black creators the opportunity to showcase their talents with clear revenue generation matrix through our highly anticipated mobile app which shall be announced later in 2022. 

It should be no surprise that Tribe Urban Entertainment is a platform which has all the intentions of being here to stay and make a name for itself in the industry. Our founder put it in simple terms, “My vision is for Tribe Urban Entertainment to be like SONY Entertainment but for black entertainers and creators globally’. 

A visit to our facilities is strongly recommended in order for you to take in the experience yourself, interact with our professional and welcoming staff and even mess around with some of our state-of-the-art kits and gadgets. The company slogan “We are the Culture” is be-fitting of how you are made to feel when you visit our headquarters due to the cultural mix and diversity we display and celebrate.
