Olumide Falope otherwise known as Luminorse developed an early interest in music and acting and was well known for it by the time he was finishing his O'levels.Coming from a background where entertainment was recognised as a noble profession, he took the consent of his mother and plundged into the music industry armed with an enchanting voice and inspiration from his grand Uncle's (Dr victor olaiya) past releases.
Olumide's curiousity about indegenious music led him into diverse genres like Rap and hiphop but Luminorse was always that act with a peculiar voice.. struggling to find his voice in the nigerian music industry,he worked and delivered perfect verses or choruses with artists like Sound Sultan..Cartiair..Mallam Spicey..Henry Knight..Vector to name some, during his climb for fame,he also dabbled into stand up comedy events anchoring and acting.
Olumide(Luminorse) succeeded in hosting the biggest Carnival in Festac town,512 Boogiedown, but his major focus has been music. Being the younger brother and one-time assistant of Ace presenter Deji Falope has infact been an advantage as Olumide (Luminorse) met alot of celebrities and behind the scene executives who continually keep a keen eye on his career an indegene Ekiti State,born into a family of 5 kids and brought up under a single hardworking mum, Olumide (luminorse) strives to express the pressures young people face through his music and hopes to be a part of a general moral uprise of the nigerian youth meanwhile he has always had his eyes set on the international scene.
One of his recent works is the popular sing-along jingle he made for Governor Akinwunmi Ambode with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed (former governor of lagos state) approval he released the track titled "CLEAR ROAD FOR AMBODE".
His songs vary from lullabys he performs with his guitar to hard core yoruba rap.Luminorse can be described as a multitalented and very humble man.Still studying music production to further enhance his work, and now signed to AfroRythms.Com Ltd (UK) Luminorse hopes to grow into an artist full of enjoyable song and also into a conscious philantropist within the music industry.
