Exactly five years ago, a shining star fell off the sky and left a
resounding vibration on the surface of the earth. Oladapo Olaitan
Olaonipekun aka Dagrin departed this world to the great beyond on
Thursday, April 22, 2010.
In celebrating the life and times of this great icon, 234Radio and Metro 97.7 Fm’s in-house DJ, DJ O’kay Megamixer has put together some of the great works and features of Dagrin in a mixtape titled: “Dagrin: The CEO lives On”
“Dagrin, Barack O’Grin, Chief Executive Omoita, Lyrical were, Akogun, Omo Ogun… It’s five years since you left without biding us farewell. Though you are gone, your memory lives forever. Your short stay here attests to the fact that it is not how far but how well. You came, saw and conquered. You will forever be missed. Rest in Peace Olaitan.”
