The Sun Newspaper could be on the cusp of dropping its pictures of topless women that regularly appear on page 3.
The bare-breasted models are a well-known feature of The Sun, but have sparked criticism that they make the newspaper dated and sexist for featuring topless women among news coverage dominated by pictures of men.
Several "insider" sources close to The Sun have confirmed, according to an exclusive Guardian report, that the page has been dropped - possibly to be replaced by female models wearing a bra and pants rather than displaying naked breasts.
