REVIEW: Cynthia Morgan - Lead Me (Music Video) Review by Minnie Marj. @MarjorieFiedler

Yesterday was one of those late nights.

I was hosting the Mr & Miss Black Beauty UK 2014 Pageant in London ,so you can imagine that I woke up very late this morning.

At some point I decided to go through the social media sites and I noticed that several people were posting about a new music video release by an artist called Cynthia Morgan.

First post, Second post, Third post I ignored until I became curious when i saw the amount of posts about that release was increasing.

I decided to give it a go and watch the video. #Curiousity I must confess that I was not familiar with the artist, her songs or her music genre at all.

It was my first time listening to any of her songs.

I was positively surprised and amazed when I saw the video "Lead Me".

Since I didn't know anything about her, I thought that it would be a typical Afrobeats slow song Until the video started playing and I heard: "Take it to the sofa 360. Run it to 69." (patois accent) followed by a hot Dancehall beat.

The Naijamaican music industry is really growing and the artists are more than talented.

I wouldn't have thought that she is African if she didn't mention at the end: Gangster Property. Nigeria Full breed.

Eishh, you don't wanna mess with her. :-) #Joke The setting of the video reminds me slightly of Beyonce's - Drunk in love but then again it still has its own identity.

Great video directed by the legendary Clarence Peters.

Nice video. Nice setting. Nice song. No long thing.

This was a pleasant discovery on this lovely sunny Saturday in London city.

Check it out and thank me later. X
