Capital Xtra’s Star DJ Abrantee who has been one of the leading forces and visionary behind the exploding Afrobeats Scene continues to elevate the genre to greater heights!!! (no pun intended)
At over 30,000 feet in the air, passengers on-board the British Airways carrier can listen to the latest offering of Afrobeats at its best by Abrantee for 2 hours; offering a sense of breadth and quality across a wide selection of artists such as Wizkid, Sarkodi, Burna Boy, R2Bees, Dbanj, Atumpan, Fuse ODG, May7ven, P Square to name a few; including the odd sliver of information about a track or an artist, and a little gentle signposting of what's to come in the show.
With Abrantee’s excellent presentation skill, It's hard to imagine a more sophisticated, urbane and alluring introduction to Afrobeats for those flying on the worlds leading airline with the entertainment as the attraction. DJ Abrantee always seems to know the music we really want to hear.
