In September 2012 LNC hit the airwaves with his monster hit “Kosere” which was a tribute to Fela Kuti the song was warmly
accepted, bursting onto the Africa top 10 charts on Beat Fm by October the leap happened just in time as Felabration was round
the corner earning LNC a spot on the highly coveted stage.
His performance at Felabration served as the birth if his new sound as the crowd went wild chanting the the street slang “Kosere
Ni Moscow” as LNC performed. The single continued to enjoy massive airplay and opened several doors for the artist for the
rest of the year, leading up the video which dropped in January of 2013. A Cameo appearance by Femi Kuti along with the blend
urban and afro beat cultural influences, sent the Mex directed video straight on the charts on MTV Base.
Now just like he did a year ago LNC has once again written and produced yet another afro beat BANGER, in time for Fela Kuti’s
posthumous birthday celebration, the world is watching this rising star and talks of an international album deal is floating around the industry.
