nigerian songwriter and music producer David Evans(@JungleBoy239) best
known in the Nigerian industry for his work with Saeon, Ajebutter22
& Soyinka's Afro, and his 2009 single Follow Me Go recently
premiered his debut titled 'Put It On You' on new label Jungle(@JungleNigeria).
He has written and produced the track which is a mellow
but radio friendly Afro-Pop song featuring additional vocals by
Zimbabwean singer N'yasha Dame(TheDame101).
The release also consists of bonus tracks including 'For My Hometown' - a freestyle over a progressive orchestral arrangement where he proclaims love for him hometown Owerri; 'Loving in the Morning' - a drum-n-bass inspired love song with electronic elements, 'Just Like Yesterday'
- a reminiscent composition showcasing his perspective and pain towards
the disastrous dana plane crash in Nigeria months ago. Just Like
Yesterday features additional vocals by Zara Gretti and a vox-pop courtesy of Channels Television News.
