Ari, born Adeleye Adepoju Olufemi comes from a family of four and is native to Igbile, a village under the odogbolu local government in Ogun state. He was born in Lagos but lived there for just a year, after which he relocated with his parents to sagamu in Ogun state, where he has spent pretty much, the rest of his life so far.
He started school at Remo kindergarten in sagamu and then received his primary and secondary education at Mayflower Junior and Senior Schools Ikenne, respectively. He immediately got admitted into Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye to study Medicine. He is presently in his final year at the teaching hospital in Sagamu, Ogun state (OOUTH).
As for music, it all started when he was a kid, just like many other musicians will say. He was that kid that will memorize all the adverts and songs on radio and will keep singing along. It was not long that he was recruited into the junior choir in church, at the age of 6yrs.He worked his way through different choirs up until 1994 when he had to go to boarding school. That never stopped his love and passion for music as he still learnt all the songs and soon became the class sweetheart. With his sonorous voice and his accurate lyrics, he sang his way through secondary school.
Ari's foray into music has been a spiral through the ups and downs that go with chasing a dream but things are starting to look up for this bright prospect.
