90's rapper Vanilla ice stops by Jay Leno to talk about his new love of "home flipping", the term used by real estate owners who buy properties that are in a bad shape, spend money to refurbish the properties eventually selling them on at a profit. The Multi-Platinum rapper talks about his huge success in the early 90's with the monster hit "Ice Ice baby" and the money generated from the record sales which ultimately helped to start off a passion being a real estate businessman. His success in the property market and expertise in turning ailing properties around has led to him hosting his own tv show named " the vanilla ice project" where he pretty much shows the audience how to increase properties value by turning its fortunes around. Being a late night comedy chat show, he was also quizzed on his love for exotic pets such as a kangaroo and a goat.
