Jay-Z has assisted his long term pal Oprah Winfrey to launch her network by teaching viewers a few of his life lessons.
The Oprah Winfrey Network launched on the 1st of January 2011 and Jay-Z's story was the opening party. He was the first subject of “Oprah Presents Masterclass,” which gives viewers a very personal look at his path of success.
“His material success isn’t the most impressive thing about him,” Oprah said after stating a catalogue of Jay's achievements, including his head turning $150 milllon net worth despite his disadvantaged start in life. “I believe he was able to transcend his environment.” Oprah said. After watching the above show carefully, factory78 believes that the show not only chronicles the rise of celebrated individuals but most importantly aims to reveal to the younger generation the secrets to being successful in life regardless of coming from disadvantaged backgrounds.
